中國國家歌舞團是由東方歌舞團及中央歌舞團合組而成的國家歌舞團﹐是中國陣容最堅強的演藝團體。

這次2006年“秘境之旅”在加州共舉行十場精彩演出﹐全團73人是近年來中國到美國演出規模最龐大的歌舞秀. 更希望中國國家歌舞團能再訪洛城, 屆時大家又可一飽眼福.

The world-renowned China National Song & Dance ensemble was founded in February 1996 as a merger between the former Central Song and Dance Ensemble of China and the former East National Song & Dance Ensemble.

China National Song & Dance Troupe LA Tour ended successfully on 5/7/06 with their last performance at the San Diego Copley Symphony Hall. This ensemble of 73 people is among the largest and most talented performing group from China to visit US in recent years.

Director Weiya Chen (導演 陳維亞) & Choreographer Gan (編導 甘露) visting Jin's Dance Studio in Diamond Bar on 5/5/06

Director Weiya Chen & Choreographer Gan were in Vegas on 5/5/06 morning. But they made an extra effort to stop by the studio on their way back to rehearsal in Glendale that same afternoon. They spend time answering all of our questions. Choreographer Gan even demonstrated Peacock Dance. It was amazing to see her perform the peacock dance to the music of Tibet.

Even their stay at the studio was very short, we all felt that the experience was invaluable.
